The I.S. Method
The Independent Study method is a self-guided framework for creative and personal evolution that centers on building a deeper relationship with your own internal authority. It begins by regulating the nervous system and getting in touch with your inner world. From there, you enter a phase of discovery that is based on authenticity and alignment, getting in touch with a creative process that works for you. Next, the process invites you to move through resistance by recognizing discomfort as information rather than failure, allowing patterns to surface and shift with awareness. Then, you examine and reshape internal narratives, aligning your thoughts and beliefs with a more supportive and accurate sense of self. Ultimately, the method focuses on integration—setting your creativity in action from an empowered space of alignment. Work directly, one-on-one with Megan as you move through the courses.
It’s recommended to move through the courses in sequence, but the process is not rigid—each person’s creative path unfolds differently. At times, it may be more useful to stay with a particular focus, returning to what feels most relevant as your needs shift and evolve.
A one-on-one space to slow down.
Designed for when you’ve felt burnt out, overstimulated, disconnected, or simply in need of a break, this course is a respite in a very busy world. Rather than trying to grin and bear it, this is about stepping back.
Together, we focus on gently resetting the nervous system, creating space, and returning to a quieter, more intuitive place. It’s not about producing or achieving. It’s about reconnecting with your intuition.
The intention for this work is to be deeply nurturing and restorative.
From that place, something begins to shift:
• your attention becomes more attuned
• your intuition becomes easier to hear
• a sense of clarity starts to emerge
We will meet for three 50-minute sessions online. Each session is structured but spacious, using guided meditation and journal prompts to help you settle, reflect, and begin to hear your inner voice more clearly. And of course, there will be a bit of homework.

This one-on-one course is an exploration of your creative process as it exists now, not in the past. We’re looking at how it actually works for you, not how it should or how it’s supposed to.
So often, we absorb ideas about what we should be making, how we should be creating, or what a creative life is meant to look like. Over time, that noise can pull us out of alignment with our own instincts and our authenticity.
Together, we’ll identify the threads that feel natural for you, your sources of inspiration, your rhythms, your unique way of seeing and making. To notice what’s already there and begin to trust it.
From that place, things begin to open:
• creative blocks loosen
• you’ll have tools to generate new ideas
• your feel more in flow
We will meet for three 50-minute sessions over Zoom. Each session is structured but spacious, drawing from a series of guided practices rooted in creative process work, including meditation and attention exercises, reflective journaling, intuitive and visual prompts, and repeatable creative rituals.

This one-on-one course is an exploration of the parts of you you’ve learned to hide, suppress, or deny.
These patterns form early in life, usually as a way of protecting you. When something about you feels unsafe, too visible, or unwelcome, it gets pushed out of awareness. But it doesn’t disappear; it continues to influence how you respond, relate, and move through the world.
As this work unfolds, people often begin to notice:
• patterns that once felt automatic start to become visible
• reactions soften into something more intentional
• understanding how our views, behaviors, habits can become malleable
The goal isn’t to fix or eliminate anything. It’s to become more aware, more intentional, and more whole. Instead of being pulled by unconscious patterns, you begin to recognize them as they arise and develop a greater awareness around them.
This is introspective work and is best entered into when you have the space and capacity to process and integrate. Please proceed with care, as this experience can be very deep.
This is a natural next step after the Reset and Creative Process courses, but you are welcome to begin at any time that feels right. The Reset creates space and reconnection, the Creative Process helps you understand how you work, and the Shadow allows you to move forward with greater awareness and a stronger sense of internal authority.
We will meet for three 50-minute sessions over Zoom. Each session is structured but spacious, creating a contained, supportive environment for reflection, guided meditation, and journaling, allowing you to observe what’s been operating beneath the surface and begin to shift your relationship to it.

A one-on-one space to expand and move forward.
This is where things begin to take shape.
With a clearer sense of self and self-worth, we shift from reflection into action, exploring what it means to move forward from an aligned place within ourselves.
This is where ideas start to become real. Where you begin to trust your instincts, follow through, and see yourself showing up differently. The Next Step is about integration, but also activation. It’s a bridge connecting your insights, actions, and results—supporting you as you step forward, and begin to see your ideas and intentions take form.
Through this work, you may begin to notice:
• a clearer sense of direction and next steps
• increased confidence in your decisions and actions
• a greater willingness to be seen and expressed
We will meet for three 50-minute sessions online. Each session is structured yet spacious, combining reflection, guided practices, and focused exercises designed to help you step into motion. Together, we begin to translate insight into action—clarifying what you want, identifying what’s been holding you back, and building the capacity to move through it.
