The Reset Ritual
Designed to deeply relax and reconnect you to your Creative Self, the Reset Ritual is a gathering for those ready to dedicate some intentional space and time. Whether you feel like you’re hanging by a thread or you’re thriving, we all need care—and this is my offering to you.
This three-hour experience is created to replenish and nourish you, helping you reclaim clarity, restore energy, and step into your week feeling inspired and grounded. Together, we’ll move through guided journaling, breathwork, meditation, and meaningful group conversation. We’ll also share a light vegetarian meal.
After 25 years in a fast-paced creative field, I know firsthand the exhaustion that comes from always producing, always performing, always giving. The Reset Ritual is the antidote I created for myself—to refill the well, rediscover inspiration, and return to my inner voice. Now, I’m here to share it with you.
And there couldn’t be a better time.
