Exploring the Creative Process

Designed to help you deepen your understanding of your own creative process, this intimate workshop unfolds in an inspiring setting where we’ll explore the practices of featured artists alongside the perspectives of our small group.

Our 3-hr workshop begins with guided breathwork, meditation, and journaling to ground and open the creative channel. From there, we’ll move into a lecture on the creative process, focusing on our featured artists—exploring what makes their work distinct and gaining insight into various techniques, inspirations, and artistic journeys.

A light vegetarian meal will be served, followed by thoughtful group discussion to reflect, exchange ideas, and connect. To conclude, you’ll be guided through a creative exercise using journaling, sketching, or both—an opportunity to capture insights and explore your own artistic process in real time.
